Pupil Voice

At Rosh Pinah, we pride ourselves on our students having a voice.  We value their views on every aspect of School life and include them in decision making wherever possible.  We nurture a culture where all children feel listened to, valued, respected and empowered.  Our peer-elected School Council meet regularly to discuss issues surrounding School life.  They meet with members of the Senior Leadership Team to present the views and opinions of the children in their classes and have for example been instrumental in projects such as the redevelopment of the Junior playground.  They also meet with our Chef and Catering Manager to discuss their preferences and changes to the School lunch menus and are consulted on issues such as School Rules and choosing charities to receive our weekly tzedakah and special event contributions.
