About Us

Headteacher’s Welcome

Welcome to Rosh Pinah School, where every child is given the opportunity to fulfil their potential and become a valuable member of British Society.

We are a warm, friendly, Modern Orthodox Zionist School which endeavours to afford our children with a deep understanding and appreciation of Judaism.

We strive hard at Rosh Pinah to make every day at school a rich experience. We provide a range of extra-curricular activities and trips in addition to a challenging, broad and balanced programme of study that is appropriate to the needs of our pupils and relevant to the requirements of contemporary society.

The winning combination of experienced, committed staff, a carefully planned curriculum and double form entry creates a friendly and stimulating environment within Rosh Pinah. Here, pupils lay down firm foundations in all areas of the curriculum, on which they can build in future years.

Our staff are given the freedom to create a curriculum which challenges, inspires and stretches but also embodies the rigour which can often be found lacking in the modern age. We see clear evidence of the success of our educational programme. Children moving through school are self-assured and confident and their levels of skill and ability are demonstrably more advanced.

Children at Rosh Pinah are welcomed with a smile each day and encouraged to persevere when they meet challenges and to build resilience to cope with the times when things go wrong. They develop a have-a-go attitude and not only take pride in their own successes but also the achievements of others in the school community.

We are determined and committed to making Rosh Pinah the premier school in the community which is known for its outstanding teaching, an excellent integrated secular and Modern Orthodox Jewish Zionist Curriculum, top academic results and outstanding pastoral care.

We are happy to welcome visitors to our vibrant, inclusive school so please do give us a call to arrange a visit, so that you can see for yourselves why our children run into school every morning, eager to begin their day.
